The oomycotaPythium oligandrumPo37 is used as a biocontrol agent of plant diseases. Here, we present the first draft of theP. oligandrumPo37 genome sequence, which comprises 725 scaffolds with a total length of 35.9 Mb and 11,695 predicted protein-coding genes.

It contains 341 scaffolds and 11,647 predicted protein-coding genes. As reported for plant-pathogenic Pythium species, RXLR-type effector sequences are absent.

Here, we report the first draft genome sequence of P. periplocum, which comprises 35.89 Mb. It contains 1,043 scaffolds and 14,399 predicted protein-coding genes.
